From poverty to prosperity: Isa Parrault

Isa Parrault acknowledges People Unlimited for inspiring her to move from poverty to prosperity

I grew up in a poverty-stricken environment, both financially and emotionally, in Caracas, Venezuela. My family never had enough money to pay the bills. However, I was always different. I had a hunger for more in my life. I was the only one in my family who received a college degree. I taught high school English for 13 years. But there was still an emptiness in my soul. I discovered rebirthing, a process that helped me let go of trauma that I had experienced in the past. That was a good step forward for me, but I was still hungry for more. The lady that I was doing rebirthing with received an invitation to an event in Scottsdale, AZ – something about physical immortality.

I was interested to learn more, so I went with her. That’s when I first met Jim, Bernie, and Chuck in 1989. They told me 3 things that I’ll never forget: 1) “you don’t have to die”, 2) “god doesn’t exist”, and 3) “I’ll be with you forever”. Those three things resonated with me in my guts and I made the decision to move to Scottsdale, AZ in order to participate in the immortal community there.

I visited Scottsdale several times before finally moving here permanently in 1992, with a suitcase and $50 in my pocket. I felt a lot of guilt, as if I was betraying my family and my country. But really I was just going for the higher life I had always wanted. I had to face myself, and found out that the opinions that my family and friends had were buried deep within me.

What brought me out of this was my consistency in being with Jim, Bernie, and Chuck. As I heard what they had to say, it made my transition easier. The more I let go of the judgments of others, the freer I felt. Things started to change for me. I started to let go of the old guilt, and all of the lies of who I thought I was. I started to experience something new – the unknown. I discovered myself in a new way, and had an experiencing of joy that I’d never known before in my life. This took me to new places with my self-esteem that helped to create my prosperity. And my interactions with other people took off because of the new openness that I felt in my body. In 1995 I started my own cleaning business and I’ve never looked back. Today I gross $239,000/year and I personally make $145,000/year. Jim, Bernie, and Chuck felt a passion for me. They saw in me what I couldn’t see in myself at that time – a beautiful, real, physically immortal woman. Potent, powerful, and totally alive. With their inspiration, I was able to transform from poverty to prosperity.
